Keeping one of your online business's most valuable assets fit
Just like your home needs periodic deep cleaning, your Kajabi workspace will work better for you if it's tended to with tough love. By that, I mean periodically cleaning up your contact list, consistently naming landing pages so that you can find them in an instant, and backing up your website landing pages.
What you may not know is that by doing these three simple things, you will improve your email deliverability, feel less frustrated while working on your landing pages, and be smart about backing up your online business assets.
Decluttering your Kajabi workspace is the smart way to kickstart the New Year so that your brilliant business ideas easily get implemented and in front of your customers.
3 easy fixes Kajabians can do to keep their online business healthy

Getting emails to your list
If you’ve nailed your lead magnet and regularly grow your email list, then congratulations. There’s nothing better than seeing consistent opt-ins when you open up your Kajabi account in the morning, is there? Yet even amongst an engaged audience, there will be some “unsubscribes”, which over time can add up if you don’t tend to your contact list once or twice a year. What you may not know, is that those “unsubscribes” lurking in your contact list can negatively impact your business' email deliverability rate. And you want your subscribers to get your stuff, right? Kajabi has a great tutorial on keeping your email list healthy and how to clean up inactive contacts on your list. You can find the article here.
Tip: If you delete unsubscribed contacts, make sure that you don’t delete them if they are a customer (=they have bought a product from you). The consequence? That customer won’t be able to access the product he/she purchased.

Name your landing pages with consistency
Go ahead and check the number of landing pages you have created. If you’ve been using Kajabi for a few years, you may have hundreds!
This isn’t a problem if you’ve been consistent in how you name your landing pages. However, if you struggle to find the landing pages you want to work on, now's a good time to get organized. You'll be glad that you did the next time you need to update a landing page in a hurry.
Tip: Use the search bar to find pages quickly.

A copy of your website in your back pocket
The odds of you accidentally deleting your highly converting freebie opt-in page are pretty low, right? Nevertheless, sometimes we space out and delete a page we want to keep.
Peace of mind in these situations is priceless which is why I recommend that you back up critical landing pages. Page examples are your Home, Sales, Lead Magnet, Masterclass/Webinar, and the like.
Tip: Launching a new product later this year? Don’t forget to archive your new sales page so that you don't lose your hard work.
